Welcome to MondeKids, an educational platform dedicated to interactive games for children. By accessing or using our site, you accept these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Service Description

MondeKids offers four adapted educational universes (Curious, Dys, Focus, Calm) to support children aged 3 to 12 in their learning. The platform includes a secure parent mode, child profiles, screen time tracking, and Premium subscriptions.

User Account and Security

You must create an account to access features. You are responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your password and PIN code.
• The accuracy of the information provided (including child profiles).
• Supervising children's usage.

We may suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of the Terms.

Authorized Use

You may use the platform for personal and non-commercial educational purposes. It is prohibited to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute content without authorization.
• Use bots or automated scripts.
• Violate copyrights or intellectual property.
• Transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

Subscriptions and Payments

The Free plan is limited; the Premium (4.99€/month) offers full access. Payments are recurring and managed by a secure third party. You can cancel at any time via the parent dashboard. No refunds for partial periods.

Intellectual Property

All content (games, images, texts) is the property of MondeKids or its licensors. You grant a limited license to use your profile photos.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. Our liability is limited to direct damages, up to 100€. We are not responsible for children's usage or educational advice.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate for non-compliance with the Terms with notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Paris.
